Machine Setter
Your Responsibilities
• Commissioning of machine tools in-house and at our customers’ sites
• Performing functional tests on machine tools, including troubleshooting
• Assembly of complete electrical components
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the installed software and the complete mechanical system
Your Professional and Personal Qualifications
• Technical training (e.g. industrial electrician, mechatronics technician, and/or working master craftsperson/technician)
• Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC 32i and Siemens 840 D
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and fluid systems
• Good German language skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Valid car driving licence required
• Customer-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel for assembly assignments in Germany and abroad
Commissioning Technician / PLC Programmer
Your Responsibilities
• Commissioning of our retrofit machines and accessories in-house and on-site at our customers’ locations in Germany and abroad
• Programming and documentation of NC processes using Siemens and Fanuc controls in compliance with current safety standards
• Commissioning of retrofit machines
• Adapting programs in STEP 7 and Fanuc Ladder
• Creating safety protocols
• Carrying out Profibus and Profinet measurements
• Performing protective conductor tests
Your Professional and Personal Qualifications
• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, qualification as a mechanical engineering technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of control engineering
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Creation of electrical circuit diagrams and their modification for conversions in EPLAN
• Ideally, professional experience in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of PLC programming in Fanuc and/or Siemens
• Good English skills and very good German skills
• Willingness to travel
• Structured, independent, and flexible way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Service Technician
Your Responsibilities
• Contact person and advisor for our customers
• Carrying out on-site repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting
• Fault analysis as well as repair, servicing, and maintenance work
• Implementation of retrofits, modernisations, software updates, and design modifications
• Training customer personnel on-site (operation, programming, and maintenance)
• Commissioning of machines
Your Professional and Personal Qualifications
• Completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in machine and/or plant engineering (e.g. servicing and maintenance)
• Experience in working with machine controls, ideally Siemens 840D sl and/or FANUC
• Confident handling of parts lists, technical drawings, and circuit diagrams
• Valid car driving licence required
• Good German language skills
• Basic English skills are an advantage
• Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel, including multi-day assembly assignments mainly in Germany and neighbouring countries
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Regular hotel stays (Monday to Friday) are required and do not present an obstacle for you
